Welcome to Design and Technology at HTS

Head of Department: Mr Batty

 

The Design and Technolgy department currently consists of 8 full time teaching staff, one dedicated subject specialist learning support assistant and one full time and one part time technician.

All staff are specialist teachers who teach across the full age and ability range. We are an enthusiastic team with a very good work ethos.

 

The department is at the leading edge of ICT within Technology and we are fortunate in having 2 dedicated ICT suites. A wide range of ICT is included in our teaching with each classroom having a data projector and an interactive white board.
